South West Crop Diagnostic Days will be held on July 6 and 7, 2011 at Ridgetown Campus. There are a number of topics of interest to those involved with vegetable production.

- Being a Better Weed Scout – Strengthen your skills while encountering a series of field scenarios of weed populations.
- Spray Coverage vs. Travel Speed – Does travel speed always affect spray coverage and spray penetration?
- Assessing Soil Health – Take a closer look at the health of soil and how management can affect it.
- The Next Invasive – Brown Marmorated Stink Bug ID and Steps In Bee Safety When Applying Pesticides.
- The Value of Windbreaks – Learn how windbreaks not only protect your soil and yield but improve spray applications.
Pre-registration is required for the 2011 Southwest Crop Diagnostic Days. Due to the large expected enrollment, we will be offering this program on two separate days. Registration will be limited to 200 registrants per day. The program will be the same for each day.
The cost for the day is $95.00 per person (HST included). This includes the program, lunch, refreshments and an information package.
