If you are a manager, operator, or owner of a family, unconventional, or other type of labour-intensive small agricultural enterprise, McKenzie Huneke would like to invite you to participate in this research. If you decide to volunteer for this study, you will be asked to complete a 15-minute online survey. The survey questions focus on topics such as what emerging technologies are being adopted by small-scale and family farms in Ontario, what factors enable decisions to adopt technologies, and how technologies might fit into Ontario’s farming future.
This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through a University of Waterloo Research Ethics Board. However, the final decision about participation is yours. If you require additional information to assist you in reaching a decision about participation, please do not hesitate to contact McKenzie Huneke at m2huneke@uwaterloo.ca
