Enough degree days have accumulated indicating the emergence of 1st generation adults of onion maggot in all regions. Also, enough degree days have accumulated indicating, egg-laying for carrot weevil, emergence of carrot rust fly, and the appearance of tarnished plant bug nymphs in Sarnia, London and Windsor areas. In London and Windsor areas, degree day accumulations indicate hatching of overwintering aster leafhopper.
