From the American Society of Agronomy:
Webinar Series Description: With weed resistance and tough to control weeds continuing to challenge growers across the country, combined with the introduction of herbicide resistant crops and new crop protection products and spray technologies, there’s a need for training to better manage the complex spray environment to optimize efficacy.
The On Target Herbicide Application Training Program reviews best management practices and factors that affect post herbicide application and its effectiveness while reducing risk from off-target drift. With more weeds becoming resistant to glyphosate and other chemistries; agronomists, applicators and farmers have to deploy multiple active ingredients, execute both pre and post spraying and incorporate better spray techniques to achieve the efficacy they demand while at the same time protecting the environment.
Once you have registered (by Monday, April 28 at 7 am Central Time), you can participate in the live webinar or watch a recording of the webinar for up to 30 days after it is posted.
